Indo Count Industries Limited was originally incorporated as 'Vishnu Aluminium Limited' in November, 1988.
Company changed the name from Vishnu Aluminium Limited to Indo Count Industries Limited in April, 1990.
It was promoted by A K Jain, S Jain and associates. The Company went public in Nov.'90 to part-finance a 100% EOU (inst. cap. : 26,208 spindles) to manufacture combed yarn at Gokal Shirgaon in Kolhapur, Maharashtra.
The Company mainly deals in top of the bed items in textiles business.
It operates a wide network of operations in local as well as in overseas market. In 1994-95, the installed capacity was increased to 32,256 spindles with the commissioning of 6048 spindles.

About SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd

SEL Manufacturing Company Limited was incorporated as Saluja Exim Limited on May 8, 2000 and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on June 2, 2000.
The Company name was changed to SEL Manufacturing Company Limited on June 27, 2003.
Again, the name of the Company was reverted back to Saluja Exim Limited on November 10, 2003 and further to SEL Manufacturing Company Limited on January 31, 2004.
As at March 31, 2025, ARRESS Leading Edge Private Limited, the holding company owned 75% of the Company's equity share capital. Company is a part of the R S Saluja Group of Companies set up by Mr. Ram Saran Saluja.
The Company is vertically integrated multi-product textile company, manufacturing various kinds of Knitted Garments, Terry Towels, Knitted & Processed Fabric and various kinds of Yarn with production facilities located Ludhiana and NawanSheher in Punjab, Baddi in Himachal Pradesh and Sehore in Madhya Pradesh.
