Company changed its name to Indo Euro Indchem Limited on May 5, 2011 in order to grow its new business of importing Base paper, Press Plate, And Tissue paper, laminates etc.
Its major products are imported from Europe, Japan and China. The Company started trading business of laminates, Base Paper etc.

About Visagar Polytex Ltd

Visagar Polytex Limited was incorporated on June 16, 1983 as Barasia Holding & Trading Co Ltd. Thereafter passing necessary resolutions, Company changed its name to Visagar Polytex Limited.
The Company is into textile manufacturing, trading, wholesaling and retailing activities comprising a number of independent as well as interdependent verticals viz, Ethnic Wear (Saree/ Lehenga) wholesale, Ethnic Wear (Saree/ Lehenga) Manufacturing, Retailing (own/ franchise), Fabrics trading and Contract-based manufacturing.
