National Plastic Technologies Limited was incorporated on May 12, 1989 with the name Hi-Tech Plastics Pvt Ltd. In December 1994, the company was converted into a public limited company.
In January 1995, the name of the company was changed to Arham Plastics Limited and further was changed to National Plastic Technologies Limited March 18, 2008.
