Informed Technologies India Limited, a part of The Khandelwal Group, was originally incorporated in January, 1958 under the name of 'Khandelwal Ferro Alloys Limited'.
The name of the Company was subsequently changed from 'Khandelwal Ferro Alloys Limited' to 'KFA Corporation Limited' and later to 'Informed Technologies India Limited in July, 2003.
Prior to incorporation, the Company was into the business of Ferro Alloys.
At present, it is mainly in Software Consulting, Business Service Centre Operations and Distributorship of Medicines. Company is principally engaged in the business of Business Process Outsourcing.
While the rise of automation, Artificial Intelligence (AI), and Machine Learning (ML) tools presents certain challenges across the IT industry, Company operates in customised data processing, which continues to remain resilient.

About Saven Technologies Ltd

Saven Technologies Limited was initially incorporated as 'Pennar Infotech Limited' on May 10, 1993.
It was subsequently changed to Saven Technologies Limited in the year 2000-01.
The Company offers a full range of software services from end to end development of new software and web solutions, Enterprise Application Services, to re-engineering and enhancement of legacy applications, application integration and ongoing maintenance. In 1998-99, it setup a Sun Authorized Java Training Center.
To undertake onsite software projects, it has entered into Joint Ventures in USA and UK. Also, various offshore projects in Visual Basic, C++, VC++, smalltalk and java have been executed. Saven Technologies is coming out with a public issue of 36 lakhs equity shares of Rs 10/- each at par opening on 7th Dec.
