The Company is a subsidiary of Inox Wind Limited and its ultimate holding company is Inox Leasing and Finance Limited.
Presently, Company is engaged in providing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services of WTGs and Common Infrastructure Facilities.

Updater Services Limited was incorporated in Chennai, Tamil Nadu as Updater Services Private Limited' dated November 13, 2003 issued by the RoC. Thereafter, Company converted from a Private Limited to a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to Updater Services Limited', via fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 24, 2022 issued by the RoC.
