About Invigorated Business Consulting Ltd

Invigorated Business Consulting Limited was formerly incorporated as 'Escorts Finance Limited' in February 1987.
Pursuant to RBI directions, the Company passed special resolution on 30 September 2022 and with effect from 14 June 2023, the name was changed from Escorts Finance Limited to Invigorated Business Consulting Limited.
Promoted by Escorts Kubota Ltd, the Company initially engaged in hire purchase, leasing and bill discounting, venture capital, IPO fundraising and non-fund based activities.
It got registered with the SEBI as a Category-I Merchant Banker. In 1992, the company launched its portfolio management scheme, discretionary and non discretionary.
In Jan.'95, it came out with a public issue to significantly increase its hire purchase and leasing activities and to diversify into other areas of financial services.

About Leap India Ltd

LEAP India Limited was incorporated as a private limited Company on July 3, 2013, which changed the status to public limited Company on July 31, 2025, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
Company offer pallets which are flat carrier structures, that support goods in a stable manner while being handled by forklifts, pallet jacks, or conveyors, containers and material handling equipment (MHEs) to customers for their supply chain needs. At present, Company is engaged in the business of pooling of assets for providing customised and best in class services to automotive sector and Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry in the supply chain arena.
The Company has added items such as belts, wedges, stillages, and racking.
