Ishita Drugs & Industries Limited was incorporated in February, 1992 by Jagdish Agarwal.
The Company is engaged in the manufacture of various Activa Pharma Ingredients, drug intermediates, fine chemicals and excipient.
The company supplies its products to leading pharmaceutical companies of India.
The products are also being exported to various countries across the world.
The plant has been designed and constructed to meet GMP norms. The genesis of the Ishita Group in 1992 was the result of the entrepreneurial spirit of Mr. Jagdish Agrawal, who set up a reactive dye manufacturing unit in Ahmedabad.

About Remedium Lifecare Ltd

Remedium Lifecare Limited (Formerly known as 'Roxy Exports Limited) was incorporated in February 19, 1988.
Consequent to change in the business activities and accordingly, in order to keep the name of the Company in consonance with the new business activities, the Company changed its name from 'Roxy Exports Limited' to 'Remedium Lifecare Limited' vide a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on November 6, 2020 issued by the Registrar of Companies. The Company being a pharmaceutical company is aligned across two business verticals viz. products and services.
Products business comprises trading and sale of APIs and Intermediates to innovator and generic pharmaceutical players in both domestic and international markets including the regulated markets. Apart from this, the Company is engaged in the business of trading in Advanced Pharmaceutical Intermediates, Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API's) and other pharma products used viz.
