At present, it is mainly engaged in facilitating student enrollments and program management services pertaining to the educational courses and degrees offered by the universities/institutes. The Company underwent amalgamation in FY 2016, when it merged with the erstwhile subsidiary, EINS Institute of Management Technology and Research Private Limited to strengthened Jaro's organizational framework.
