The Company's subsidiaries include Pulgaon Cotton Mills Ltd and Realtime Properties Ltd. Jaybharat Textiles and Real Estate Limited set up an export division for export of yarns and garments.
The Company's plants located at Bhilad, Gujarat and Pulgaon, Maharashtra. The company was incorporated in the year 1985 as Classic Synthetic and Silk Mills under the Tayal Group.
The company got its current name in December, 2005.

About SEL Manufacturing Company Ltd

SEL Manufacturing Company Limited was incorporated as Saluja Exim Limited on May 8, 2000 and obtained Certificate of Commencement of Business on June 2, 2000.
The Company name was changed to SEL Manufacturing Company Limited on June 27, 2003.
Again, the name of the Company was reverted back to Saluja Exim Limited on November 10, 2003 and further to SEL Manufacturing Company Limited on January 31, 2004.
As at March 31, 2025, ARRESS Leading Edge Private Limited, the holding company owned 75% of the Company's equity share capital. Company is a part of the R S Saluja Group of Companies set up by Mr. Ram Saran Saluja.
The Company is vertically integrated multi-product textile company, manufacturing various kinds of Knitted Garments, Terry Towels, Knitted & Processed Fabric and various kinds of Yarn with production facilities located Ludhiana and NawanSheher in Punjab, Baddi in Himachal Pradesh and Sehore in Madhya Pradesh.
