The Company started with an overall focus on Products Development, International and Domestic markets and Training segment. During the year 2000-01, company had developed and released products for Edible Oil Industry,Engineering Industry,Hospital Management.

KRM Ayurveda Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'KRM Ayurveda Private Limited' on September 03, 2019.
Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of Company was changed to 'KRM Ayurveda Limited' on December 24, 2024.
