Apart from this, it deals in products such as brakes, bearings, clutches, cooling system, engine components, suspension, power steering, oil & lubricants, filters etc.
Most of Company's suppliers are original equipment manufacturers (OEM's) to vehicle manufacturers. During the year 2019, the Company acquired the entire stake of 3,60,003 equity shares representing 48.

About Sharda Motor Industries Ltd

Sharda Motor Industries Limited (SMIL) was incorporated on January 29, 1986 under the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies NCT Delhi & Haryana and received the Certificate of Commencement of Business on January 31, 1986.
The Company is presently engaged in manufacturing and assembly of Auto Components.
