Kalana Ispat Limited was originally incorporated as Kalana Ispat Private Limited', a private limited company, with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli, dated on October 15, 2012.
Subsequently, it converted from a private company into a public company, and the name was changed to 'Kalana Ispat Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 21, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
The Company started the operations in 2012.
Initially the Company's was engaged in trading of metal scraps, which was procured through imports from various countries, sourced from shipbreaking yards and local merchants.
As the business progressed, Company ventured into manufacturing of M.S. Billets and set up its manufacturing unit at Ahmedabad in February, 2015 and further installed Billet Caster machine in August, 2015.

Vilas Transcore Limited was originally incorporated as 'Bravil Powercore Private Limited' on November 28, 2006 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
Further, the name of the Company was changed from 'Bravil Powercore Private Limited' to 'Vilas Transcore Private Limited' dated March 15, 2007.
Further, Company was converted into a Public Limited and the name of the Company was changed from 'Vilas Transcore Private Limited' to 'Vilas Transcore Limited' vide a fresh certificate of incorporation dated April 09, 2011.
Prior to the incorporation of Company, the Promoter Nilesh Jitubhai Patel was carrying on the business as a proprietorship concern under the name of 'M/s Vilas Transcore' since year 1996.
Later, on April 23, 2007, the running business of the above proprietorship concern was taken-over by the Company, along with the assets and liabilities of the proprietorship concern.
