Kallam Textiles Limited, formerly known as Kallam Spinning Mills Limited was incorporated on 18th February, 1992.
Later, it changed to 'Kallam Textiles Limited' on 09th April, 2018.
The Company is a leading textile company engaged in the business of Manufacturing of Cotton Yarn, Dyed Yarn, Grey Fabric and Dyed Fabric.
It is engaged in generation of electricity through Hydel and solar energy. Apart from this, Company has two manufacturing facilities in the state of Andhra Pradesh and hydro power plant in Telangana.
Manufacturing facility located in Guntur, AP enjoys locational advantage since Guntur is a major and one of the best quality cotton growing areas in India that produces MCU5, which is long staple cotton and is suited for fine counts.

Pyotex Industries Limited was originally incorporated on October 24, 2019 as 'Piotex Industries Private Limited' with Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
Subsequently Company was converted into Public Limited and name of the Company changed from 'Piotex Industries Private Limited' to 'Piotex Industries Limited' vide certified dated August 11, 2023 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Pune. The Company is into the business of contract manufacturing and trading of yarn, fabric and cotton bales.
