About Transchem Ltd

Transchem Limited (TL) was incorporated as a private limited company on 18 November, 1976 and converted into a public limited company on 13 April, 1992.
Initially, Company was in the business of Mushroom production and operated a 100% Export Oriented Unit from its manufacturing plant situated at Village Bebadohol, Pune.
Due to change in international horticulture scenario, the mushroom plant of the Company was non-operational since several years.
