Kaveri Seed Company Limited was incorporated on August 27, 1986 as 'Kaveri Seed Company Private Limited'.
On November 7, 2006, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Kaveri Seed Company Limited'. Kaveri Seeds is one of the leading seed producing companies in India.
It specializes in the production of crop seeds including maize, cotton, rice, pearl millet, mustard, wheat, sorghum, sunflower and a number of vegetables.
It is mainly into research, production, processing and marketing of various high quality hybrid seeds. The Company owns over 600 acres (own + leased) farm land and 65000 acres for seed production across different agro- climatic regions.
It helps farmers to implement best agricultural practices to ensure higher yield and better productivity.

About Tejassvi Aaharam Ltd

Tejassvi Aaharam Limited was initially established as Sterling Spinners Limited on September 20, 1994.
With due approval from the ROC, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, name of the Company was changed from Sterling Spinners Limited to Tejassvi Aaharam Limited during 2015-16. The Company is engaged in the manufacture of Pasta products. The company came out with a public issue of 37,00,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating Rs 3,70,00,000, in Feb.'96. The Company implemented a project to set up a spinning mill at Padiyur Pudupatty (Dindigul Anna district), Tamilnadu, for the manufacture of 30s carded hosiery cotton yarn with an installed capacity of 12,096 spindles in 2000. The company has received an indication letter from Lapasia Enterprise, Madras, to take the entire production of 30s carded hosiery cotton yarn.
