KCL Infra Projects Limited was initially incorporated as Private Limited Company under the name of Kadamb Constructions Private Limited in July, 1995.
The Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to Kadamb Constructions Limited in September, 1995.
Subsequently, the Company attained a change of new name under KCL Infra Projects Limited under due approval from the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. KCL Infra Projects Limited is engaged in development in engineering and construction and strive to provide quality work economically.
The projects include mechanized multilevel car parking Systems & all infrastructure works e.g. civil engineering, road construction, high rise buildings for both commercial and residential usage. Since the incorporation, the Company took up a project at Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

The Promoter, Mr. Girishbhai Raval, had initially started with small contracts with Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation in 1991 and Rachana Infrastructure Limited was incorporated on 29 June, 2001 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli. In addition, it gradually expanded through subcontracts from the major infrastructure companies from Gujarat, Maharashtra, Assam and many other states.
