The Company status was changed to Private limited and the name of Company was changed to Khyati Impex Private Limited and fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on November 24, 2021.
Further name was changed to Khyati Advisory Services Private Limited on April 4, 2022.
Thereafter, the Constitution of the Company was changed to Public Limited and the name of Company was changed to Khyati Advisory Services Limited on May 06, 2022 and further Company name was changed to Khyati Global Ventures Limited on April 26, 2024 vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation issued by the Registrar of Companies, Mumbai. The Company is an Exporter and Re-packager of variety of FMCG products which include sub-categories of Food stuff, Non-food FMCG products, Household Products, Festive handicraft items and it also deal in Pharmaceutical products.

About Visagar Polytex Ltd

Visagar Polytex Limited was incorporated on June 16, 1983 as Barasia Holding & Trading Co Ltd. Thereafter passing necessary resolutions, Company changed its name to Visagar Polytex Limited.
The Company is into textile manufacturing, trading, wholesaling and retailing activities comprising a number of independent as well as interdependent verticals viz, Ethnic Wear (Saree/ Lehenga) wholesale, Ethnic Wear (Saree/ Lehenga) Manufacturing, Retailing (own/ franchise), Fabrics trading and Contract-based manufacturing. In 2016, the Company opened two showrooms at Mumbai and Jaipur under its Brand name VIVIDHA'.
In addition, it launched its Home Based Opportunity Scheme (HBO) for aspiring women entrepreneurs where a woman with nominal capital could approach Company. In 2017, it concentrated on its core manufacturing activities for value addition to fabrics & apparels, training of staff for special purpose embroideries, expanding client outreach by marketing efforts, adopting industry standard practices and putting Quality systems in place.
