Shivaji Works Limited subsequently merged with Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited.
The erstwhile company, Kirloskar Oil Engines Limited now changed its name to Kirloskar Industries Limited.
The Company is a pioneer in manufacturing of iron casting products.
