Kisaan Parivar Industries Limited was initially incorporated as Richirich Leasing and Finance Limited on March 7, 1986.
The name of the Company was changed to Richirich Agro Limited dated March 26, 1992 and again to Richirich Inventures Limited during 2007-08.
Subsequently, name of the Company has been changed from Richirich Inventures Limited to Kisaan Parivar Industries Limited vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated 5th April, 2024. Initially, the Company was engaged in providing various services such as selection of property, negotiation, finance, documentation, and legal support services and further offer the services for residential, commercial, and retail properties, as well as for non agricultural land. The Company originally operated its 200 M.T. per day Solvent extraction in Rajasthan at Jodhpur.
