About Konndor Industries Ltd

Konndor Industries Limited was erstwhile established as 'Contech Software Private Limited' on March 23, 1983 with the object of providing consultancy services in the field of data processing, computer micro-processor process control instruments, telecommunication, mass communication, design and development for chemical, power, computer instrumentation and tele-communication industries.
The Company became a Deemed Public Company w.e.f. 01st July 1993.
Thereafter, the Company changed the name to Contech Software Limited on November 17, 1999 and further to 'Arms Paper Limited' on April 6, 2009.
The name of the Company was later on, changed from Arms Paper Limited to Konndor Industries Limited on October 22, 2019.
Presently, the Company is engaged in trading and marketing of paper. The Company started the activities relating to packing material by trading of packing material paper of various kinds since year 2007-08.

About Shankara Buildpro Ltd

Shankara Buildpro Limited was incorporated as 'Shankara Buildpro Private Limited' on October 13, 2023, as a wholly owned subsidiary of SBPL, in the state of Karnataka.
Further, pursuant to conversion of Company from private company into public company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Shankara Buildpro Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 30, 2023.
The Company was incorporated with the primary focus on engaging in retailing, trading, warehousing, wholesale distribution and ecommerce activities related to all building materials. The Trading Business of erstwhile promoter SBPL got transferred into the Company as a going concern. pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger with effect from April 01, 2024, making it effective from 9th September 2025.
Prior to transfer of Trading Business from SBPL to Company, the Company had not commenced revenue-generating operations and did not have any income from operations.
