About Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd

Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited (KICL) was erstwhile incorporated in 1970 as a Public Limited Company under the name of 'Kothari (Madras) Limited'.
Later, five companies, Kothari Textiles Ltd, Adoni Spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd, Balamadies Plantations Ltd, Waterfall Estates Ltd, and Blue Mountains Estates and Industries Ltd were amalgamated with Company and finally, in 1984, the name of the Company got changed to Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited.
Presently, the Company is engaged in manufacturing and mixing of fertilisers, providing drone services, engaged in hotel activities, engaged in footwear and leather activities and has a network of distributors in the southern states and has developed a brand value recognized in the market place.
The company has planned to develop a Container Terminal at Ennore.

Mystic Electronics Limited was incorporated on 30th August, 2011 as 'Pearl Electronics Limited'.
Pursuant to Scheme of Demerger sanctioned by Hon'ble Bombay High Court on 09th October, 2012, the Electronics Division of Nouveau Global Ventures Limited was demerged into Pearl Electronics Limited with effect from 1st October, 2011.
In 2016, the Company changed its name from 'Pearl Electronics Limited' to 'Mystic Electronics Limited'. Presently, the Company is engaged actively in trading of electronic products such as mobile handsets, computer hardware and software etc. and has completed nine years in its trading business.
The Company focuses to trade in - High end Server, Low end server for thin clients, Networking router Fiber, Networking Switch, Computer server blade, CTC full NT kit, Storage for data, Compute systems etc.
