About Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd

Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited (KICL) was erstwhile incorporated in 1970 as a Public Limited Company under the name of 'Kothari (Madras) Limited'.
Later, five companies, Kothari Textiles Ltd, Adoni Spinning and Weaving Mills Ltd, Balamadies Plantations Ltd, Waterfall Estates Ltd, and Blue Mountains Estates and Industries Ltd were amalgamated with Company and finally, in 1984, the name of the Company got changed to Kothari Industrial Corporation Limited.
Presently, the Company is engaged in manufacturing and mixing of fertilisers, providing drone services, engaged in hotel activities, engaged in footwear and leather activities and has a network of distributors in the southern states and has developed a brand value recognized in the market place.
The company has planned to develop a Container Terminal at Ennore.

About Pervasive Commodities Ltd

Pervasive Commodities Limited was originally promoted and incorporated as a private limited company in March 11, 1986 under the provisions of Companies Act 1956 and the jurisdiction of Registrar of Companies, Gujarat.
The Ahmedabad based then young promoters promoted the company with their aim to excel in the field of manufacturing of Electronics items.
The Company was then converted into Public Limited Company, the name of the Company was changed from 'Starvox Electronics Private Limited' to 'Starvox Electronics Limited.' w. e. f. 25 November 1986.
The company is engaged into the business of trading of various agri and non-agri commodities. During October 2015, the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat at Ahmedabad has approved a scheme of arrangement by way of reduction of share capital.
According to such approved scheme, the Main Object Clause of the Company was changed from 'Electronic' segment to 'Commodity' segment.
