K P Energy Limited, formerly known as K P Buildcon Limited, is part of a KP Group which is founded by Faruk Gulambhai Patel in 1994.
K P Energy Limited was originally incorporated as Private limited Company on 8 January, 2010 and then converted into Public Limited Company on 11 May, 2015. KP Energy Limited is a leading provider of Balance of Plant (BoP) solutions for the wind energy industry.
The Company is engaged in Wind Farm development, development of Wind power projects and allied services related to it along with generation of electricity through wind power generating assets and operation and maintenance services of wind power projects primarily in India.
The Company essentially works on projects in Gujarat, India.
For the BoP component of the project, KP Energy's end-to-end solution for wind farm development comprises services such as site identification, site preparation, construction & erection, power evacuation, and operations & maintenance.

About Rajesh Power Services Ltd

Rajesh Power Services Limited was originally formed as a partnership firm in the name and style of 'Rajesh Traders' pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated May 5, 1971 Registration Certificate issued by Registrar of Firms, Ahmedabad.
Subsequently, the Firm converted to Private Entity as 'Rajesh Power Services Private Limited' on 10 February, 2010 and then the Company was converted to Rajesh Power Services Limited and fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued on June 26, 2024 by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The Company, under the leadership of Mr. Kurang and Mr. Rajendra entered into solar power generation by setting up 1MW Solar Power Plant in Surendra Nagar district of Gujarat, in year 2012.
This plant was setup by the Company in 2012 by the Gujarat Government.
The Solar plant is currently operational and generating solar power and supplying power to PGVCL DISCOM.
