Ladam Affordable Housing Limited was incorporated in the name of 'Ladam Finance Limited' on November 23, 1979.
The Company changed its name from Ladam Finance Limited to Ladam Affordable Housing Limited on 21 January, 2016.
Initially, the Ladam business house was in the metal and steel manufacturing business since over a century and has widened its business interest to real estate almost 2 decades ago.
The primary focus in real estate is on affordable housing for the masses and the business house has delivered over 1500 homes to middle income families.
Pursuant to change of its name and Main objects in the year 2015-16, the Company intends to monetize its real estate portfolio by getting into construction of mass housing project considering affordable housing project scheme.
The Company is set to expand that focus by constructing more than 5000 affordable homes by utilising its existing land.
