Lahoti Overseas Limited was incorporated on 24 April, 1995 as a Private Limited Company and was converted into a Public Limited Company on 26 April, 1995.
The Company was promoted by Umesh Lahoti to take over the business of the Erstwhile Partnership Firm, Lahoti Exports (a merchant exporter).
Lahoti Exports was set up in 1990 to export cotton yarn.
The Erstwhile Partnership Firm was exporting cotton yarn to the Far East and Middle-East countries like Hong Kong, South Korea, Sri Lanka, UAE, etc. Presently, the Company is engaged in the business of Merchant Exports of Cotton textiles and to specialize in the export of quality Cotton Yarns and fabrics.
Apart from this, it is engaged in setting up of Power projects and to generate, supply, distribute, transmit and transform electric or other sources of power.

About Panth Infinity Ltd

Panth Infinity Limited was initially incorporated as Synergy Bizcon Limited in April 1993.
Subsequently, Company was taken over by Jyoti Prakash Bapna in October, 1995 and the name of the Company was changed to Panth Infinity Limited upon issue of Fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated May 7, 2018 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Madhya Pradesh. Initially, the Company was providing consultancy services in the field of construction and real estate development.
In 1996, the company took up a project for residential housing with a proposed construction area of 5 lac sq ft at Neemuch on contract basis.
It came out with a public issue in Jul.'96 to finance the cost of the project. Company has been engaged in trading of diamond and precious stones for quite a few years now.
Incorporated in 1993, Company had seet a benchmark in the diamond trading business, It is coming up with a unique e-commerce platform.
