About Lakshmi Engineering & Warehousing Ltd

Lakshmi Engineering & Warehousing Limited was initially incorporated as 'Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works Limited' on December 12, 1973.
The Company has changed the name from 'Lakshmi Automatic Loom Works Limited' to 'Lakshmi Engineering & Warehousing Limited' effective from 25th October, 2024.
Company is manufacturing spares and accessories for C type automatic weaving machines, circular knitting machines and parts for machine tools.
It was promoted by G K Devarajulu of the Lakshmi Group of South India. In Apr.'74, a ten-year technical collaboration was entered into with Ruti Machinery Works, Switzerland, to manufacture high-speed C type automatic looms.
Commercial production started in Dec.'77.

Thereafter, Company converted from a Private Limited to a Public Limited Company and name of the Company was changed to Updater Services Limited', via fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated March 24, 2022 issued by the RoC. Company is engaged in providing facility management services like integrated facility management services to various industries such as information technology, information technology enabled services, manufacturing, hospitality and other industries and catering services, which includes industrial catering, and services at food courts.
Integrated facility management services include housekeeping, staffing, production support, mechanical and electrical services, garden management, pest control and catering solutions.
