About Lakshmi Mills Company Ltd

Promoted in 1907 by the Late G Kuppuswamy Naidu, Lakshmi Mills Company Limited (LMC) was incorporated as a public limited company in 1910.
The flagship of the Coimbatore-based Lakshmi group, its associate companies are Lakshmi Machine Works, Lakshmi Synthetic Machinery Manufacturers and Lakshmi Auto Looms.
The Company is engaged in the manufacture of Yarn and trading in cloth and garments and rental services of renting out properties.
It has four manufacturing units located at Coimbatore, Singanallur, Kovilpatti and Palladam, all in Tamilnadu. The company's cloth processing is done by its subsidiary, United Bleachers.
LMC exports cotton yarn and grey cloth to the UK, Germany, Italy, Bangladesh and Japan.

United Polyfab Gujarat Limited was incorporated as United Polyfab (Unit-II) Private Limited vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 16, 2010, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
Consequent upon the conversion to Public Limited, the name changed to United Polyfab (Unit-II) Limited dated December 3, 2015 and again was changed to United Polyfab Gujarat Limited and Certificate of Incorporation dated December 11, 2015, was issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. United Polyfab Gujarat is a leading textile company, which manufactures and produces cotton yarn and woven fabrics.
In the initial stages of 3 years till September, 2013 the Company was engaged in the trading business of Grey cloth fabrics.
However, Promoters are engaged in the business of manufacturing and trading since 2006.
