The name of the Company was changed to Lord's Mark Industries Limited in 2025 following an NCLT-approved reverse merger and restructuring plan. The Company's main business activity is consultancy in various fields.
In addition to this, the Company undertakes the following activities comprising of trading in capital market instruments, market research and follow-up across multiple industries, turnkey power projects consultancy, undertaking energy and infrastructure projects. During the year 2019, M/s.
E'L Dorado Guarantee Limited ceased to be associate company. The Company was admitted into the Pre-Packaged Insolvency Resolution Process (PPIRP) under the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 by the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, Court-IV, vide its order dated 1st February 2024.
