On December 20, 1985, name of the Company was changed from Hybo Knit Private Limited to Lovable Lingerie Private Limited.
Thereafter on April 19, 2010, the Company got converted into a Public limited company and the name was changed to Lovable Lingerie Limited. The Company is engaged in the business of manufacturing garments.
The company's products include brassieres, panties, slips/ camisoles, homewear, shapewear, foundation garments and sleepwear products. 'Lovable' and 'Daisy Dee' are their flagship brands.
Their brand 'Lovable' is amongst the top three most preferred brand in women's innerwear in India.

About Shree Ram Twistex Ltd

Shree Ram Twistex Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company in the name of Shree Ram Twistex Private Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated December 31, 2013, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli.
Upon the conversion of Company to a public Company, the name of the Company was changed to Shree Ram Twistex Limited ' and a fresh certificate of Incorporation dated September 18, 2024, was issued by the Central Processing Centre. The Company established its manufacturing facility in the first year following the incorporation, beginning with the acquisition of land in 2013.
This facility was developed using a combination of promoter funding and bank financing.
Construction, machinery installation, and development of supporting infrastructure were completed by 2016 and commercial production commenced in April 2016.
