About Mahalaxmi Seamless Ltd

Mahalaxmi Seamless Limited was incorporated in April, 1991 and the Certificate of Commencement of Business was obtained in June 1991.
The Company is a manufacturer and supplier specializing in high-quality cold-drawn seamless pipes, tubes, and welded tubes.
Their main business involves producing carbon steel and alloy steel pipes for industries such as oil and gas, petrochemicals, boilers, and engineering. The new steel grade SA213-T2 was developed and produced by the company for L&T Ltd in the year 1995-96.
It was the first of its kind in India.
Also in the same year, the U' Bend for Heat Exchanger complete design of machine and tools developed with the in-house facility.

Sunflag Iron and Steel Company Limited is a prestigious unit of Sunflag Group was promoted by Sunflag UK. The Sunflag Group was founded by Satyadev Bhardwaj in Kenya in 1937.
The Company was incorporated in 1984 and is engaged in the business of manufacturing and sale of special steel rolled products having its manufacturing facility located at Bandara, Maharashtra. The billets produced at the steel melting shop are rolled at the Mannesmann Demag Designed ultra modern 18 stand Continous mill.
