About Manav Infra Projects Ltd

Manav Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name 'Manav Infra Projects Private Limited' on 8th June, 2009.
Subsequently, the company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Manav Infra Projects Limited' on 2nd February, 2017. Manav Infra Projects, formerly known as Sai Baba Constructions was established in 1995 by the founder Promoter, Mr. Mahendra Raju to serve fast growing infrastructures needs of the country and started work in 2009 known as Manav Infra Projects Private Limited by being a partner-in-progress of clients. Manav is an organization providing infrastructural services and is engaged into the business of civil construction services such as piling, excavation, road construction, land leveling.

About Simplex Infrastructures Ltd

Simplex Infrastructures Limited (SIL) is a diversified Infrastructure Company established on December 19, 1924 under the control of H.P. Lancaster of the United Kingdom, and later on was taken over by the Kolkata-based Mundra family after the Indian independence.
The Company has been executing projects in several verticals like Piling, Energy and Power, Mining, Buildings & Housing, Marine, Roads and Highways, Railways, Urban infrastructures etc. Since inception, SIL had introduced cast-in-situ driven piles in Asia, at Kolkata.
Then, the company had started construction of major Steel Plants during the year 1935 and had built King George Docs, Mumbai in 1940.
SIL had entered into the civil & structural construction of Industrial Projects during the year 1952 and further forayed into Housing and Building segment in the period of 1955.
