About Manav Infra Projects Ltd

Manav Infra Projects Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 8th June, 2009 and was subsequently converted into a Public Limited Company dated 2nd February, 2017.
Manav Infra Projects was established to serve fast growing infrastructures needs of the country and started work in 2009 known as Manav Infra Projects Private Limited by being a partner-in-progress of clients. The Company came up with a Public Issue of 18,36,000 Equity Shares by raising equity funds aggregating Rs 5.51 Cr. in September, 2017. Manav is an organization providing infrastructural services and is engaged into the business of civil construction services such as piling, excavation, road construction, land leveling.
The key services include excavation, piling and road construction and pre-stressed rock anchoring.

Jointly promoted by Universal Cables of the M P Birla group and Madhya Pradesh Audyogik Vikas Nigam, Vindhya Telelinks Limited (VTL) was established in January, 1983.
