Manglam Global Corporations Limited was initially incorporated as 'Kshitij Investments Private Limited' on May 22, 1979.
The Company subsequently changed its name to Kshitij Investments Limited and obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on December 03, 1979.
Currently, the name of the Company has changed to 'Manglam Global Corporations Limited' in 2024-25. Earlier, the Company was engaged in the business of trading in Iron & Steel and providing engineering services and other services for the Iron and Steel Industry.
As per changes set in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, the Company shifted its business toward agricultural commodities, food products and FMCG trading during the year 2024. Pursuant to change in Management there are few changes in the nature of business during the year 2024-25.

About Omkar Overseas Ltd

Incorporated on 25 November, 1994 as a Public Limited Company, Omkar Overseas Limited (OOL) was promoted by the Omkar Group.
The Company took over Omkar Exports, a partnership Firm which was engaged in the business of exports of fabrics and made ups, with effect from January, 1995.
The Company is generally dealing/trading in textile items and various commodities. Omkar Exports, which was taken over by the Company, was accorded the status of Export House in November, 1994.
OOL purchases grey cloth and gets it processed in the associate group concerns having processing facilities of over 900 lac meter pa.
It exports bed sheets and processed fabrics to Sweden, France, Switzerland, the UK, Norway, Germany, etc. The Company came out with a public issue in December, 1995 to part-finance its expansion programme involving the expansion of its export activities by augmenting the resources for working capital finance; by strengthening the infrastructure facilities for better liaison with foreign clients by opening display centre at Bombay and by enhancing stitching facilities for better quality maintenance and value addition.
