Manglam Global Corporations Limited was initially incorporated as 'Kshitij Investments Private Limited' on May 22, 1979.
The Company subsequently changed its name to Kshitij Investments Limited and obtained a fresh Certificate of Incorporation on December 03, 1979.
Currently, the name of the Company has changed to 'Manglam Global Corporations Limited' in 2024-25. Earlier, the Company was engaged in the business of trading in Iron & Steel and providing engineering services and other services for the Iron and Steel Industry.
As per changes set in the Memorandum of Association of the Company, the Company shifted its business toward agricultural commodities, food products and FMCG trading during the year 2024. Pursuant to change in Management there are few changes in the nature of business during the year 2024-25.

About Vivid Mercantile Ltd

Veeram Infra Engineering Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company with the name 'Vivid Offset Printers Private Limited' on March 4, 1994.
Subsequently, the name of Company was changed to 'Veeram Infra Engineering Private Limited' on January 10, 2018.
Thereafter, it converted into a Public Limited Company to Veeram Infra Engineering Limited on January 29, 2018 and further attained the name as 'Vivid Mercantile Limited' with due approval from the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on April 24th, 2019. In 1994, the company entered into the business of Graphic Desiging.
Being successful in graphic desiging and the growing demand for graphic printing, the promoters decided to expand its current business in 1996, it started its own printing business.
The Promoters added the printers having the lastest technology that helped the company in offering multi-colour offset printing services, single colour offset printing services, commercial printing services for calendars, catalogs, brochures, posters, annual reports manuals, etc.
