About Maple Infrastructure Trust

Maple Infrastructure Trust (MIT), formerly known as Indian Highway Concessions Trust, is an Indian infrastructure investment trust sponsored by Maple Highways Pte Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of CDPQ Infrastructures Asia Pte.
Ltd., which in turn is a wholly owned subsidiary of Caisse de dépôt et de placement du Québec (CDPQ).
The name change to 'Maple Infrastructure Trust' was effective on November 29, 2024. Maple Infrastructure Trust was setup as an irrevocable trust under the Indian Trust Act, 1882 pursuant to an Indenture of Trust dated November 06, 2019 which was duly registered on November 13, 2019 in the office of the Sub-Registrar -V(1), New Delhi and was subsequently amended by Amended and Restate by Indenture of Trust' dated December 19, 2019 and further amended and restated on October 04, 2021.

Roadstar Infra Investment Trust was established for resolution of operational road projects of IL&FS Group through a fair and transparent process, guided by the new Board of IL&FS, under the Union of India's oversight.
Created under a Resolution Framework approved by the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT), the inception addressed outstanding debt while safeguarding the vital road infrastructure assets.
By transferring ownership to institutional investors, the Trust built a resilient foundation that supports optimal recovery for creditors and safeguards the long-term value of its assets. Currently, Roadstar Trust manages a diversified network of approximately 685 Km length (3070 lane kilometers) across the 6 Indian states.
The portfolio comprises 6 revenue generating road assets, including four toll-based projects and two annuity-based projects.
