Maruti Infrastructure Limited (MIL) was initially incorporated on 2nd December 1994 as Maruti Real Estate & Finance Limited.
The Company changed its name to Maruti Infrastructure and Finance Limited on 27th March 1995.
On 14th August 1995, the name of the Company was changed again to Maruti Infrastructures Limited. MIL has gained a reputable position in construction industry over last 2 decades.
MIL is specialized in offering professional construction of management property services in residential, commercial, Industrial, EWS housing projects and urban infra projects.
With many years of offering good services in the industry, Company is dedicated with competent work force and a large clientele base for constructions and Infrastructure for both in commercial and residential sector. The company came out with a public issue of 65,65,000 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at par aggregating to Rs 6.

About R J Shah & Company Ltd

R.J. Shah & Company Limited was incorporated in 1957.
The Company is engaged in construction of small and medium size Hydroelectric Project with EPC contract or civil work with Hydro Mechanical works over the past few years.
It expertises in executing contracts obtained from various Govt.
Departments.
Company is specialized in underground works of tunnels, cavern shafts, inclined tunnels with government and semi governments or various Electricity Boards, Railways, Atomic Power Station, Irrigation etc, and work receipts is mainly for these works. The Company completed the contract works for Bridge across River Pravara and Ventilation tunnel for Ghatghar Works during FY2002-03. In 2008, Company secured further civil works with penstock, fabrication & erection works in Private Sector for Suman Sarvari Hydro Electric Project near Kulu in Himachal Pradesh & Neera Deogarh Hydro Electric Project near Pune in Maharashtra totaling to about more than about 15 Crores Since then till FY 2023, the Company has been executing civil projects from 1960 onwards and Hydro Projects from 1967 onwards and have contributed for nation building.
