TCM Limited was initially incorporated as 'Travancore Chemical & Mfg.
Co. Ltd' in April, 1943.
Registrar of Companies, Kerala, issued new Certificate of Incorporation dated 10 September, 1996 consequent to the change of name of the Company from Travancore Chemical & Mfg.
Co. Ltd., to TCM Limited.
