Megatherm Induction Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company as 'Megatherm Transmission & Distribution Private Limited' on October 22, 2010 with the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal.
The name of the Company changed from 'Megatherm Transmission & Distribution Private Limited' to 'Megatherm Induction Private Limited' dated September 23, 2015 and was subsequently, converted into a Public Limited to 'Megatherm Induction Limited' w.e.f.
December 20, 2022. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of induction heating and melting products by means of electric induction like induction melting furnace and induction heating equipment.
Besides induction melting & heating equipments the Company produces various up-stream & down-stream plant & machineries associated with steel melt shops such as, transformers, ladle refining furnaces, continuous casting machines, fume extraction systems etc.

About Omnitech Engineering Ltd

Omnitech Engineering Limited was initially formed as a partnership Firm, pursuant to a partnership deed dated September 1, 2006, under the name M/s.
Omnitech Engineering' and was registered with the Registrar of Firms, Rajkot, Gujarat on January 5, 2009.
Subsequently, the partnership Firm was converted into a private Company with the name Omnitech Engineering Private Limited' and received a certificate of incorporation issued by the Ministry of Corporate Affairs through Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre, on August 9, 2021.
Thereafter, Company was converted into a public limited Company reflecting the name as Omnitech Engineering Limited', pursuant to a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 24, 2024.
