Mehai Technology Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company with the name 'Mehai Teclmology Private Limited' on December 13, 2013.
Subsequently, the Company was converted in to Public Limited Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Mehai Teclmology Limited' on June 29, 2017. In 2014, Company commenced manufacture of LED Bulbs and Fixtures.
In 2015, it commenced manufacturing of Moon Light Bulbs and tubelights.
In 2015, it progressed into assembling of Pendrive and Power Bank.
The most recent segment that it re-entered into is the assembling of Power Bank.

About Shankara Buildpro Ltd

Shankara Buildpro Limited was incorporated as 'Shankara Buildpro Private Limited' on October 13, 2023, as a wholly owned subsidiary of SBPL, in the state of Karnataka.
Further, pursuant to conversion of Company from private company into public company, the name of the Company was changed to 'Shankara Buildpro Limited' vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 30, 2023.
The Company was incorporated with the primary focus on engaging in retailing, trading, warehousing, wholesale distribution and ecommerce activities related to all building materials. The Trading Business of erstwhile promoter SBPL got transferred into the Company as a going concern. pursuant to the Scheme of Arrangement for Demerger with effect from April 01, 2024, making it effective from 9th September 2025.
Prior to transfer of Trading Business from SBPL to Company, the Company had not commenced revenue-generating operations and did not have any income from operations.
