About Mercury EV-Tech Ltd

Mercury EV-Tech Limited was initially incorporated in the name of 'Mercury Metals Limited' on July 4, 1986.
The name of the Company was changed again to Mercury Capital Limited on February 9, 1994 and is changed to Mercury EV-Tech Limited on March 30, 2023. The company pioneered in the manufacturing of Electric Scooter, Electric Car, Electric Bus, Electric Vintage car, Electric Golf Car and Electric Vehicles in India.
It developed custom electric vehicles for a wide range of applications for the hospitality, industry, golf courses, Club and Resorts etc. The Company amended its main object clause of Memorandum of Association (MOA) and added more objects related to Electronic Vehicle Sector in order to commence this business activities in 2022-23.
The Company's strength lies in the Manufacturing and trading of Electronic Vehicles, related auto parts and accessories and other renewable energies related materials.

Supertech EV Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Company as 'Supertech EV Private Limited' on August 12, 2022 with the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana.
Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed from 'Supertech EV Private Limited' to 'Supertech EV Limited' and a Certificate of Incorporation dated December 21, 2022 issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi & Haryana . The Company has acquired the running business operations of 'Supertech Inc', proprietorship firm which was established in FY 2005, owned by Mr. Jitender Kumar Sharma, engaged in the business of manufacturing E-Rickshaw, vide agreement dated April 01, 2023.
Initially, the Firm was engaged in the manufacturing of E-Rickshaw and other related products including the chasis body for other market players.
