The name of the Company was changed to Mihika Industries Limited on May 5, 1995 after which the Company is carrying its business in the name and style of Mihika Industries Limited till now.
At present, the Company is in the business of trading in commodities and fabrics, Commission Agents and Investment.

P.M. Telelinnks Limited was originally incorporated as a Private Limited Company under the name 'Medak Stainless Rolling Private Limited' on 5 March, 1980 The name of the Company was changed to 'Ranka Alloys & Strips Private Limited' on 4th April, 1986.
The Company was taken over from the Rankas by the Promoters of the Surana Udyog Group in 1987 as a Sick Unit and renamed 'Surana Strips Private Limited' on 15th September, 1987.
It was converted into a Public Limited Company from 4 November, 1992 and became a part of the Surana Udyog Group.
