The Wool Combing Unit of the Company was located in Chandigarh.
This Unit was set up in collaboration with M/s.
Robt, Jowitt & Sons of Bradford, England, established since year 1775, who were one of the leading top-makers in the U.K. The Wool Combing Unit was sold in 1993.

Purv Flexipack Limited was originally incorporated as 'Purv Flexipack Private Limited' in Kolkata as a Private Company, dated May 11, 2005.
Subsequently, Company converted into a Public Company and the name of the Company was changed to 'Purv Flexipack Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was issued at RoC, Kolkata on August 03, 2023.
