About Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Ltd

The Promoter, Mr. Devendra Singh Yadav started its operations of Diagnostic Centre in the name and style of 'Modern X-Ray and Clinical Lab' as Proprietorship firm in year 1985, which was later designated as 'Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre' in 1992.
Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Limited was erstwhile incorporated as 'Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Private Limited' as a private company, vide Certificate of Incorporation dated April 16, 2012 issued by Registrar of Companies, Delhi . Thereafter, the Company acquired the business of M/s.
Modern Diagnostics & Research Centre, a Proprietorship Concern through Business Transfer Agreement in 2013.
Subsequently, its status got converted from private limited into public limited and the name of the Company was changed to 'Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Limited' pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 18, 2024 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.

About Molbio Diagnostics Ltd

Molbio Diagnostics Limited was originally incorporated as Molbio Diagnostics Private Limited' at Panaji, as a private company dated October 20, 2000.
Thereafter, Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company, and the name of Company was changed to Molbio Diagnostics Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 16, 2025 was issued to Company by the RoC. Company is innovative point-of-care (POC) diagnostics company focused on expanding access to accurate, rapid and cost-effective healthcare technologies to diagnose infectious and non-communicable diseases.
The Company entered into a joint venture agreement in August, 2011 with Bigtec Innovations Private Limited and Bigtec Private Limited, which started operations in 2000.
Bigtec Innovations Private Limited got merged with the Company in 2015.
