Modern Diagnostics & Research Centre, a Proprietorship Concern through Business Transfer Agreement in 2013.
Subsequently, its status got converted from private limited into public limited and the name of the Company was changed to 'Modern Diagnostic & Research Centre Limited' pursuant to fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 18, 2024 issued by Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
