About Modern Threads (I) Ltd

Modern Threads (India) Limited was incorporated in August, 1980 and was jointly promoted by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) and H S Ranka for manufacturing industrial yarn and sewing thread.
Since then, Company has diversified into the manufacture of synthetic blended grey, dyed and fancy yarn. Modern Woollens was started in 1973 as a unit for spinning carpet yarns.
It commenced the business in January, 1982 at the plant located in Raila, in Bhilwara District of Rajasthan.
Very soon, it occupied the slot of the largest manufacturer of carpet yarns in the organized sector.
In 1987, Modem Woollens diversified into manufacturing of all wool and wool-blended worsted yarn in India. In 1989, Company diversified info manufacturing of wool tops and doubled the production capacity of all wool and wool blended worsted yarn in 2006.

About RSC International Ltd

RSC International Limited was initially incorporated as Ratangiri Textiles Limited in January 1993.
The name of the Company was changed from Ratangiri Textiles Limited to RSC International Limited in 2002.
Presently the Company is doing agency business of fabrics. The Company started with trading of fabrics catering to the domestic RMG market and had diversified to exports during the period 1994-95. It increased the installed capacity of Loom from 20 to 24 in 1999.
The Company had a weaving plant at Bhilwara but due to adverse market conditions and stiff competition, the manufacturing unit of the company had to be closed down. In 2015, the Company started agency business for synthetic fabrics.
