About Modern Threads (I) Ltd

Modern Threads (India) Limited was incorporated in August, 1980 and was jointly promoted by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) and H S Ranka for manufacturing industrial yarn and sewing thread.
Since then, Company has diversified into the manufacture of synthetic blended grey, dyed and fancy yarn. Modern Woollens was started in 1973 as a unit for spinning carpet yarns.
It commenced the business in January, 1982 at the plant located in Raila, in Bhilwara District of Rajasthan.
Very soon, it occupied the slot of the largest manufacturer of carpet yarns in the organized sector.
In 1987, Modem Woollens diversified into manufacturing of all wool and wool-blended worsted yarn in India. In 1989, Company diversified info manufacturing of wool tops and doubled the production capacity of all wool and wool blended worsted yarn in 2006.

About Tuni Textile Mills Ltd

Tuni Textile Mills Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on July 6, 1987.
Thereafter, the Company got converted into a Public Limited Company on March 25, 1992 and certificate dated 6th August, 1992 was obtained from Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra to that effect. The Company is engaged in manufacturing of Synthetic Fabric having a plant at MIDC, Murbad, Dist.
Thane.
The Company commenced commercial production at the said Plant in February 1989.
Since then, it has been manufacturing shirting fabric and marketing the same through dealers mainly in the Bombay Textile Market. The Company has been traditionally recognized for its excellence in quality, product/design range, superior customer service and reliability.
