About Modern Threads (I) Ltd

Modern Threads (India) Limited was incorporated in August, 1980 and was jointly promoted by the Rajasthan State Industrial Development & Investment Corporation (RIICO) and H S Ranka for manufacturing industrial yarn and sewing thread.
Since then, Company has diversified into the manufacture of synthetic blended grey, dyed and fancy yarn. Modern Woollens was started in 1973 as a unit for spinning carpet yarns.
It commenced the business in January, 1982 at the plant located in Raila, in Bhilwara District of Rajasthan.
Very soon, it occupied the slot of the largest manufacturer of carpet yarns in the organized sector.
In 1987, Modem Woollens diversified into manufacturing of all wool and wool-blended worsted yarn in India. In 1989, Company diversified info manufacturing of wool tops and doubled the production capacity of all wool and wool blended worsted yarn in 2006.

Vishal Fabrics Limited (VFL) was incorporated as Vishal Fabrics Private Limited on October 22, 1985.
The Company changed its status to public limited company and the name of the Company was changed to Vishal Fabrics Limited on February 25, 2014.
The fresh certificate of incorporation was granted to Company on March 31, 2014, by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
