The name of the Company was changed from Monnet Project Developers Limited to MPDL Limited in 2019.
Earlier, Company was engaged in the business of manufacturing and marketing of sugar and its allied products, such as bagasse and molasses, and co-generation of power from bagasse.
The sugar mill of the Company located at Block Unn, District Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh had a capacity of 5000 tons of cane per day (TCD). The Company is presently engaged in construction business and other real estate activities.
The Company has vast experience in the Indian real estate sector.

RDB Real Estate Construction Limited was incorporated on July 27, 2018 as a Private Company limited by shares in West Bengal under the name and style of 'Baron Real Estate Private Limited'.
The Company was subsequently converted into a Public Company limited by shares and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation was given by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on September 17, 2018.
Later, the Company name was changed to 'RDB Real Estate Construction Limited' and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal on January 30, 2019.
