The Company came up with a public issue of 54,90,000 equity shares having the face value of Rs 10 each by raising Rs 65.88 Crores in March, 2024.
At present the licensed manufacturing capacity of various products are Sugar 2500TCD, Molasses 120TPD, Bagasse 750 TPD, Pressmud 90 TPD. The Company is an integrated sugar and other allied products manufacturing company operating from Nanded District in the State of Maharashtra.
It is engaged in a variety of agro-commodities across the commodity value chain and further into manufacturing of jaggery from sugarcane. The company operates a single location sugar unit having licensed crushing capacity of 2,500 TCD.
