About Neueon Corporation Ltd

Neueon Towers Limited (Formerly known as Sujana Towers Limited), a part of Sujana Group, was incorporated on April 06, 2006 in Andhra Pradesh led by the Promoters, Yalamanchili S. Chowdary, G. Srinivasa Raju and their Associates.
Later on, the Company name was changed from 'Sujana Towers Limited' to 'Neueon Towers Limited' on September 8, 2016. The Company is in the area of manufacturing and is currently operating in various areas/ verticals/products related to Towers & Transmission, TSF and Speciality Structural steel Manufacturing Business.
The Company manufactures galvanized steel towers used in the power transmission and telecom tower sectors.
It has set up two large-scale units at IDA Bollaram Industrial Estate in Hyderabad. The Company is ISO 9001:2001 certified , among few of their kind in the country and also obtained approvals for supply from PGCIL, various State Electricity Boards and BSNL.

About Visagar Polytex Ltd

Visagar Polytex Limited was incorporated on June 16, 1983 as Barasia Holding & Trading Co Ltd. Thereafter passing necessary resolutions, Company changed its name to Visagar Polytex Limited.
The Company is into textile manufacturing, trading, wholesaling and retailing activities comprising a number of independent as well as interdependent verticals viz, Ethnic Wear (Saree/ Lehenga) wholesale, Ethnic Wear (Saree/ Lehenga) Manufacturing, Retailing (own/ franchise), Fabrics trading and Contract-based manufacturing. In 2016, the Company opened two showrooms at Mumbai and Jaipur under its Brand name VIVIDHA'.
In addition, it launched its Home Based Opportunity Scheme (HBO) for aspiring women entrepreneurs where a woman with nominal capital could approach Company. In 2017, it concentrated on its core manufacturing activities for value addition to fabrics & apparels, training of staff for special purpose embroideries, expanding client outreach by marketing efforts, adopting industry standard practices and putting Quality systems in place.
